365k Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "365k" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://365k.club, including all associated services, games, and features available to registered players.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 365k platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the 365k registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's 365k account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds, each tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, free spin values, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by 365k.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to PKR deposits made by a player from their own personal funds via a supported payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be staked on eligible games before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Platform" refers to the 365k website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all games, betting markets, and account management features accessible through those interfaces.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of Pakistan and the primary transactional currency of the 365k platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and payment method verification as required by 365k's compliance obligations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 365k platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with 365k's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account or use the 365k platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 365k platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and applies regardless of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate, trust, or nominee registrations are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 365k account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of 365k.
• All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

365k reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and age (KYC documentation) at any point following registration. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.

4 Account Management

Each registered player is solely responsible for the management and security of their 365k account. The following rules apply to all accounts on the platform:

• You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username, password, or any security codes with any third party for any reason.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, whether or not you personally authorised each action, provided your credentials were used to access the account.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 365k support immediately. 365k will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account.
• 365k accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any funds in your account to any other person.
• 365k reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals, during bonus investigations, or as part of ongoing KYC obligations.
• Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month, deducted from any remaining real-money balance, after prior written notice by email.

Players are advised to use strong, unique passwords for their 365k account and to enable any available two-factor authentication features. 365k cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 365k platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa card, or supported cryptocurrency channels.
• Deposits are credited to your 365k account balance upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary by method but are typically instant for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.
• 365k does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may levy their own charges, which are your responsibility.
• Only funds originating from payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your 365k account, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction; current minimums are displayed in the Cashier section.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days following completion of any applicable KYC verification. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• 365k reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC was previously completed.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 365k reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

365k offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time the bonus is claimed or credited.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount on eligible casino games.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 365k reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected players.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or manipulation of bonus terms, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit, after which any uncompleted wagering requirements will cause the bonus and associated winnings to be voided. Expiry periods are stated in individual promotion terms.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on the 365k platform — including slots, live casino tables, RNG table games, and instant-win games — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers whose software is certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories.

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified to produce statistically random outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are available in each game's information panel.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded in 365k's server logs, the server log result shall be definitive.
• 365k is not liable for losses resulting from player error, misunderstanding of game rules, connectivity issues on the player's side, or decisions made freely by the player during gameplay.
• If a game malfunctions or a software error produces an invalid result, 365k reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the stake to the player's account balance.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. Game rules are accessible from within each game interface.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed through the 365k sportsbook, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 365k reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the stated live-betting rules. 365k reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.
• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled without a result being declared will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• 365k applies standard cricket betting rules to all PSL, Test, ODI, and T20 matches. Where a match is affected by weather, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result, if applicable, constitutes the official result for betting purposes.
• Maximum payout limits apply to sports bets. Current limits are displayed in the sportsbook interface. 365k reserves the right to withhold payment exceeding published maximum payout limits.
• Void bets do not count toward wagering requirements for any active bonus.
• Any player found to have engaged in match-fixing, insider trading, or coordinated betting designed to exploit pricing errors will have all associated bets voided, winnings forfeited, and their account permanently closed.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 365k platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 365k platform, whether under the same name or under a different name or identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with 365k support.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Players who identify a technical error are required to report it to support promptly rather than exploit it.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the 365k platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or sportsbook betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the 365k platform to facilitate transactions for any third party or operating as an agent for third-party players.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward 365k staff or other players through any channel.

10 Suspension & Termination

365k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Discovery that the registered player is under 21 years of age.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• The player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Players may voluntarily close their 365k account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable fees and bonus balances) will be returned to a verified payment method in the player's name within 10 business days.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 365k reserves the right to withhold any or all of the balance in the account, including real-money funds, pending investigation. Players whose accounts are closed for cause have no automatic right to withdrawal of funds.

11 Responsible Gaming

365k is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Pakistani players. Gaming on the 365k platform is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not a means of generating income and should never be pursued as such.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits require a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration alerts that notify them when a defined play period has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: At intervals set by the player, the platform will display a summary of time spent and net wagering activity during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player may request self-exclusion for a period of their choosing — from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account is locked and no deposits can be made. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
• Account Cooling-Off: Short-term cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days) are available for players who wish to pause their play without committing to a full self-exclusion.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 365k platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 365k or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 365k platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the 365k platform without prior written consent from 365k.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any 365k software or game.
• The "365k" name and logo are trademarks of 365k. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365k's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 365k is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from use of the platform.
• 365k does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 365k will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.
• 365k is not liable for losses caused by connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or internet service interruptions on the player's side.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 365k's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 365k.

14 Privacy & Data

365k collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and improving the player experience.
• 365k does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• 365k may share data with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies where required for the lawful operation of the platform.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations.

15 Amendments

365k reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 365k will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the 365k platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 365k's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. 365k will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably and in good faith before invoking formal dispute resolution procedures.
